Job summary

Club Champion in Ashburn, VA is seeking Master Fitters and Builders to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences one-on-one with customers, building relationships and supporting store operations.

You will read data, operate Trackman and Sam Putt Lab, and build clubs to tight tolerances while using relational selling to grow business; prior club fitting, launch monitor experience and sales ability preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for Commission and Performance Bonus pay. Both of which are paid out on a quarterly basis.
