Club Champion is seeking Master Fitters to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences in our Bluffton studio. You will translate data into expert recommendations while building lasting client relationships and driving sales.

The role requires experience with club fitting and launch monitors, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with store operations and participate in ongoing staff development.

JOB SUMMARY: Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSConducts innovative tour-level fitting experiencesReads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting processOversees customer relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio and personal clientsMaintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standardsOperate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft OfficeBuilds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industryUtilize relational selling methods to grow business metricsPerforms other duties as assignedCOMPENSATIONThe hourly rate for this role is $19.23 to $24.04 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s particular pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for Commission and Performance Bonus pay. Both of which are paid out on a quarterly basis.
