Job summary

Club Champion is seeking Master Fitters & Builders to provide one-on-one, tour-level club fitting experiences at the Glendale store. You will guide customers through in-depth fittings, leveraging data and relational selling to grow business while maintaining franchise standards.

The role requires experience with club fitting and launch monitors, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits and commission potential are included.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and clients.
• Operates Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances in the industry.
