Job summary

Club Champion is seeking Master Fitters to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences in our Bluffton studio. You will translate data into expert recommendations while building lasting client relationships and driving sales.

The role requires experience with club fitting and launch monitors, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with store operations and participate in ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with golf club fitting and launch monitors preferred.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tour-level club fitting experiences with clients.
• Oversees customer relations and grows fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Operates TrackMan, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances and uses relational selling to grow business.
