Qualifications

• Multiple years' experience as a Master/Senior automotive technician.
• Ford Certified Technician certification is highly favorable.
• ASE Certificates are preferred.
• Clean and valid California driver's license.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Examine customer vehicles and identify repairs and maintenance.
• Estimate cost of repairs and perform services per dealership guidelines.
• Document services performed and maintain organized, safe work area.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; observe all regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

• Examines customer vehicles


• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance


• Estimates cost of repairs


• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance


• Documents services performed


• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines


• Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines


• Great working demeaner with co-workers


• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards


• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area


• Participates in required training


• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system


• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations


• Complies with Company policies and procedures


• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Multiple years' Experience as a Master/Senior automotive technician


• Ford Certified Technician is a huge plus!


• ASE Certificates


• Provide a clean and valid California license


• Have the highest level of workmanship


• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety focused


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Pass a drug test


• Pass a background check


• Clean and Valid California driver’s license

Pay Defined

For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Pay Range:

$33.80-$45.00 hourly plus bonus pay plans are also available, depending on experience.
