Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment across assigned facilities. The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, focusing on preventive maintenance and reliable customer service.

The ideal candidate will have formal apprenticeship training, a Master Electrician license, and strong problem-solving abilities to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems.
• Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
