Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Master Electrician — Security Installation Technician to lead on-site installation of enterprise security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms.

You will coordinate scheduling with the Project Manager, install and program panels, troubleshoot installations, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with codes and contract requirements while maintaining strong customer interaction and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master electrician is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience installing field devices, programming systems, and running medium- to large-sized jobs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with on-site scheduling and timely delivery of equipment.
• Connect control panels, wire concealment, and install security software.
• Install, program and configure commercial electronic security systems (door access, CCTV, intrusion, etc.).
• Troubleshoot new installations to ensure proper function and code compliance.
• Supervise Security Installation Technician teams and manage multiple jobs within hours and margins.
