We're looking for an experienced Master Electrician who knows the trade, is great with customers, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll help lead our electrical team while also running the department's new sales opportunities. You'll meet with homeowners, diagnose what they need, build the right options, sell the work, and then hand the job off to our electrical team to complete.
You'll work alongside our Electrical Service Manager and serve as the main technical resource for our electrical team, which currently includes 3 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices .

The other major part of your job is selling electrical work.
$100,000 base salary + 10% commission on everything you sell.
There is no cap on commission.
We expect the right person in this position to earn at least $250,000 per year in total compensation between salary and commission.
You must have a valid New Hampshire Master Electrician License .
Beyond that, we're looking for someone who:
If you're already a strong Master Electrician but you're tired of being the person who has to physically complete every job, this is an opportunity to use your experience differently.
You'll still be involved in the trade, but your value will come from leading the team, solving problems, meeting with customers, selling work, and helping grow the Electrical Department.
You'll have an established electrical team behind you to complete the work you sell and an uncapped compensation plan that rewards you for what you produce.
