Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical seeks an Electrical Manager with a Colorado Master Electrician License to lead residential electrical operations in Northern Colorado, including Windsor. The role blends technical expertise with field leadership, customer service, and team development.

The ideal candidate oversees installations, safety, code compliance, and mentoring of technicians, while coordinating with dispatch, sales, and leadership to drive department growth and project

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Master Electrician License – Required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong residential electrical experience; HVAC-related electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential electrical operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide guidance to electricians, apprentices, and installation teams in the field.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians to improve skills and quality.
• Ensure NEC and Colorado codes, permitting, and inspections are met; read blueprints and plans.
