Intermountain Electronics is seeking a Master Electrician for the Day Shift at our Colorado facility. You will interpret complex electrical drawings, ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and UL standards, and guide a team of journeymen and apprentices in a high-standard production environment.
The role requires a Colorado Master Electrician Certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager we are currently seeking a Master Electrician for our Day Shift to be based at our facility.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am- 4:30pm

Active Master Electrician Certification in the State of Colorado; plus 7 years or more of progressive electrical experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical prints, regulations, and specifications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees.
Ability to compute electrical calculations – ohms, resistance, voltage, fusing capacity, etc. Must be able to accurately follow schematics and electrical drawings and wire match such. Ability to understand and know company operation costs and production costs and production overrun costs. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems such as electrical troubleshooting, and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have strong PC skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with autocad a plus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Current Master Electrician Certification in the state of Colorado

Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional hours as required.
