Job summary

PSG GROUP LLC is seeking a Senior / Master Electrician for a high‑profile data center project in Lordstown, Ohio. You will lead on‑site electrical teams, supervise installation and commissioning, and ensure safety and reliability across critical power systems. This role offers long‑term growth as projects extend nationwide.

You will oversee complex electrical work, coordinate with engineers and clients, and uphold NFPA 70E and OSHA standards while delivering quality outcomes on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of electrical field experience, with data centers or critical facilities.
• Valid Master Electrician license (or highest applicable certification).
• Strong knowledge of critical power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs) and redundancy.
• Ability to read complex electrical drawings and schematics.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of electricians and subcontractors on data center installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in UPS, generator, and switchgear systems; support design reviews.
• Champion safety culture; conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance; meet data center reliability standards.
• Interface with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors; mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
