PSG GROUP LLC is seeking a Junior Electrician for a 6‑month data center construction project in Lordstown, Ohio. The role focuses on installing and maintaining temporary power distribution systems and assisting with permanent electrical work on an active site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–3 years electrical experience or completed apprenticeship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to project sites.
Physically fit for data center environments.
Strong safety mindset and basic English communication.

Responsibilities

Assist senior electricians with installation of electrical systems (switchgear, UPS, PDUs, generators, busducts) under supervision.
Follow safety procedures including LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E; participate in toolbox talks.
Learn data center electrical systems and testing, commissioning, and documentation activities.
Handle material, tool maintenance, and maintain daily logs and as‑built documentation.
