Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an experienced Master RI licensed Electrician to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing equipment in Lincoln, RI. You will diagnose issues, connect components, and ensure safety compliance on a night shift.

The ideal candidate has RI Journeyman and Master Electrician licenses with 2+ years of industrial electrical experience and be willing to overtime, weekends, and callouts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RI Journeyman license required.
• RI Master Electrician license required.
• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Pre-employment background, drug and work screening required.
• Overtime availability including weekends and callouts.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing lines.
• Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and hand tools to locate causes.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Observe safety regulations and use PPE at all times.
• Perform rigging and other electrical functions as needed.
• Safely operate shop tools and demonstrate PLC troubleshooting.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install or repair wiring and fixtures.
