Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• ASE/other certifications welcomed and/or required by location
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel repair preferred
• Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and systems
• Must be able to operate diagnostic tools and shop equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance on heavy-duty diesel vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Coordinate with customers and supervisors on repairs and timelines
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain documentation in shop system
