Job summary

This role supports training, fast onboarding, and a robust suite of bonuses, including sign-on and quarterly incentives, plus tuition reimbursement and stock discounts. CDL-A preferred; shift is Mon-Fri, first shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification post-secondary degree or technical certifications preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including diagnostics and repairs.
• Four (4) years or more relevant work experience preferred.
• CDL CLASS A preferred.
• All other certification as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal support.
• Demonstrates ability to access and use maintenance documents and shop management systems.
• Coaches/mentors other technicians and supports shop management in repairs.
• Internal and external communication with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaint and best solution.
