Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Master Level Diesel Technician in New Stanton to maintain and repair heavy-duty vehicles with state-of-the-art diagnostics and tools. The role offers weekly pay, great benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational certification, and experience with diesel engine repairs. CDL-A and ASE certifications are preferred; a strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical repair of diesel engines and related systems.
• CDL A preferred and ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Mentor and coach other technicians; communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Operate shop management and diagnostic equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
