Martz Bus in Stroudsburg, PA seeks an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join the maintenance team as a Master Technician or qualified A & B level technician. Pay is $25.48–$38.27/hour with a $1 night differential; shift is 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weekends as scheduled. This role emphasizes diagnostics, safety, and independent teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy-duty diesel or motor coach experience.
• EPA 608/609 certification required.
• CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel motor coaches.
• Troubleshoot engines, transmissions, electrical, air and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
