Job summary

Bora Bora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Master Data Steward to maintain master data across SAP and related systems at our site in Baltimore, MD. You will support data requirements with Supply Chain and ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.

The role requires SAP Master Data experience (Material and Vendor Master, BOM, Routing) and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset in a cGMP environment. APICS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Degree requirement may be relaxed for candidates with extensive SAP Master Data experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP Master Data experience including Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Master Data Supply Chain requirements at the site.
• Perform day-to-day master data maintenance in SAP for Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version, and Standard Hierarchy.
• Manage master data for ancillary systems such as ATTP, OSM, ROC IT, and Veeva.
• Maintain SAP Master Data change control logs and audit trails.
• Assist in resolving data integration issues reported by business units.
• Support centralized Master Data creation and changes for Material and Vendor masters.
• Collaborate with SAP analysts and developers to address technical/process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Master Data governance.
