Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals seeks a Master Data Steward to maintain all master data across SAP and other controlled systems, coordinating with Supply Chain management to ensure data accuracy. The role requires hands-on data maintenance, governance, and issue resolution to support reliable downstream SAP processes.

You will collaborate with SAP analysts and developers, manage change controls, and contribute to continuous improvement of master data governance in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP Master Data experience including Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version, and related objects.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and SAP teams to complete work on time.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Master Data Supply Chain requirements at the site.
• Perform day-to-day master data maintenance in SAP for Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version, and Standard Hierarchy.
• Manage master data for ancillary systems such as ATTP, OSM, ROC IT, and Veeva.
• Maintain SAP Master Data change control logs or forms at the site.
• Execute data management processes in accordance with Bora standards.
• Assist in resolving data integration issues reported by business units.
• Manage changes and updates to item/product master data using current SAP processes.
• Maintain a full audit trail of critical master data changes and handle audit queries related to data integrity.
