Rawson in Houston seeks a Data Administrator to enter, evaluate, maintain, and adjust master data across P21 ERP and CRM systems. You will validate data accuracy and ensure current records for pricing integrity, sales credit, and reporting.

You will work with the Manager, Commercial Systems and SMEs, focusing on pricing or product data domains as needed, and support cross-functional data requests and dataflow updates.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume data entry.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet research tools.
• Comfort working with ERP/CRM systems (P21, WhiteCup, or similar).

Mansioni

• Enter, evaluate, maintain and adjust master data across ERP/CRM systems.
• Validate data for accuracy and currentness to support pricing integrity, sales credit, and reporting.
• Work with data domain teams and SMEs to resolve data questions.
• Use Excel and web research to fill data gaps and assign data as needed.
