Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred.
• 1-3 years of combined experience in high volume data entry and analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and other data management tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in maintaining and updating master data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and maintaining master data records for customers, suppliers, job sites, service contracts, and other relevant data sets
• Implementing and enforcing data policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data quality and compliance
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across the ERP
• Working close with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, resolve data issues, and implement data-related projects
• Participate in projects related to master data, ensuring data architecture and integrations align with business requirements
• Identifying opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve data management efficiency
• Communicating with customer and supplies to obtain missing information to update ERP records
