Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to maintain master data and coordinate pricing within the NSC's SAP ERP system. The role also oversees procurement of indirect materials, ensuring compliant and efficient purchasing processes to support operations.

The position requires strong inventory and procurement background, SAP familiarity, and proficiency with Excel. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong background in inventory management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SAP; experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Knowledge of network and mainframe production control software systems.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Solid project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data accuracy for materials, pricing, and characteristics in SAP.
• Coordinate indirect purchases and vendor services end-to-end.
• Prepare requisitions and POs using correct cost centers.
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing for indirect purchases.
• Validate invoices and manage daily PO receipts and delivery dates.
• Support internal inquiries via MyQuest and maintain stakeholder communication.
