Job summary

Atlas Copco seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to maintain master data and manage pricing strategies within SAP, while overseeing indirect procurement. You will work with internal partners to ensure accurate data, competitive pricing, and compliant purchasing across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the buying team, support for spare parts initiatives, and maintaining data integrity and market-driven pricing. Hybrid work is available with an Office in South Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Strong background in inventory management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with SAP; experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of network and mainframe production control software systems.
• Proven problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Solid project management knowledge and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Masterdata and Pricing Management: ensure master data systems updated with material characteristics, parameters, and pricing.
• Monitor and maintain master data quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; lead or contribute to related projects.
• Partner with the buying team to ensure master data accuracy across stakeholders.
• Maintain market-driven pricing aligned with divisional strategy and transfer pricing for customer centers.
• Coordinate indirect purchases; solicit quotes, set up vendors, and track deliveries.
• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for indirect materials with correct cost coding.
• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage invoices and goods receipts.
• Provide internal support for Masterdata, Pricing, and Indirect Purchases via MyQuest.
