Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to maintain master data and coordinate pricing strategies within the NSC’s SAP ERP system. The role oversees indirect material procurement and supports internal stakeholders across pricing, master data, and aftermarket parts initiatives.

You will collaborate with the buying team to ensure data integrity, set transfer pricing for customer centers, and help manage a hybrid work arrangement at our South Charlotte office.

Qualifications

• Strong background in inventory management and procurement processes.
• Experience updating master data, pricing, and transfer pricing.
• Proven ability to support spare parts pricing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data with material characteristics, parameters, and pricing.
• Monitor data quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Lead or contribute to projects on master data, pricing, and aftermarket support for spare parts.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
• Set up and maintain internal transfer pricing for customer centers.
• Coordinate indirect purchases including requests, PO creation, and approvals.
• Review invoices and monitor daily PO receipts for indirect purchases.
• Provide internal support on Masterdata, Pricing, and Indirect Purchases.
