Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an experienced Manager, Material Master Pricing Governance to lead governance, strategy, and execution of material master, pricing, and modeling across the organization.

You will manage a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators, drive data quality, compliance, and process standardization, and partner with global teams to enable enterprise data transformation with SAP S/4HANA and MDG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in material master, pricing administration, master data governance, or commercial operations.
• 2+ years leading teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Material Master and Pricing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience balancing priorities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Preferred SAP S/4HANA and MDG experience.
• Experience with Master Data Governance platforms and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of pricing configuration, commercial operations, and revenue-related processes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformations, system implementations, and data migrations.
• Experience with automation technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of modeling, enterprise data architecture, and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators.
• Establish performance expectations, development plans, and objectives.
• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Oversee workforce planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Build capabilities for SAP S/4HANA, MDG, automation, and digital transformation.
• Foster collaboration across regional and functional teams.
• Govern material master and pricing administration processes and ensure compliance.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs for data quality.
• Serve as escalation point for complex data issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate, complete, timely, and audit-ready data.
• Partner with global governance teams to align local requirements with standards.
• Oversee creation, maintenance, extension, release, and retirement of material master records.
• Ensure material attributes, product hierarchies, classifications, and release controls are accurate.
• Align master data with regulatory compliance and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, IT, and Commercial Ops.
• Drive standardization and simplification of master data processes.
• Provide leadership for pricing master data and governance activities.
• Validate pricing data across systems and ensure compliance with approval processes.
• Lead issue resolution affecting orders, revenue, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead governance of data modeling structures and ensure scalable solutions.
• Ensure data models support reporting, automation, and downstream integrations.
• Approve changes to key data structures and attributes.
• Partner with process owners and tech teams for future-state data solutions.
• Align models with enterprise data architecture standards and governance.
