Siemens Healthineers in Cary, NC is seeking a senior Manager to lead Material Master Pricing governance, data quality, and pricing modeling across the organization. You will mentor a team of pricing administrators and partner with global governance groups to standardize processes.

The role focuses on automation, enterprise data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to support regulatory, finance, and operations. Base pay range is $114,720 to $157,740 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting material master, pricing administration, master data governance, or commercial operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of Material Master and Pricing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Material Master Pricing Administrators.
• Establish performance expectations and operational objectives.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Manage workforce planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Build capabilities supporting SAP S/4HANA, P58, master data governance, automation.
• Promote collaboration across regional and functional teams.
