Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. seeks a data management specialist to set up and load master data into the gLIMS per global guidelines, ensuring data integrity and supporting site-level data management. You will establish local support structures and drive accuracy across master data elements.

The role requires extensive experience with QC systems and LIMS, ability to work independently, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QC, enterprise systems and validation experience.
• Bachelor of Science in a science-related field.
• Knowledge of QC lab operations and data requirements.
• Proficiency with LIMS systems and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform local master data setup and load in alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
• Build and input all initially required master data into the global LIMS system, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
• Conduct local data cleansing to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Develop local work instructions to detail the execution of global processes at site level.
• Proficiency in using Lab Vantage LIMS or similar systems and familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and with the team with little guidance.
