Job summary

Arclin is seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead governance, quality, and lifecycle management of Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data across its global operations. This role supports the SAP S/4HANA transformation by establishing data standards and driving governance initiatives.

The role will partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and external teams to ensure data accuracy, consistent standards, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Master Data Management or Data Governance experience.
• 5+ years working with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SAP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Master Data governance, policies, and standards.
• Own Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive data quality, data cleansing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployments, data migrations, and transformation projects.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor data integrity and performance.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and external implementation teams.
• Establish workflows, controls, and governance processes that support scalable business operations.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related experience.
• 5+ years working with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong knowledge of Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance Master Data.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration, and business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, and Finance processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or SAP certifications preferred.
