Arclin's Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA is hiring a Master Data Manager for SAP S/4HANA on a full-time hybrid schedule (2 days in). Based at our Corporate Headquarters, you will own governance, quality, and lifecycle management of Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data across ERP systems.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, IT and implementation partners to define data standards, lead data governance forums, and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in Master Data Management or related roles.
• 5+ years with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience governing Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance master data globally.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

As we continue to expand through organic growth, acquisitions, and enterprise-wide standardization initiatives, we are transforming our operations through SAP S/4HANA and strengthening our data governance capabilities. We are focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and scalable business processes.

To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of all ERP master data including, Customer ,Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data across our global operations.

The Master Data Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing global processes that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Master Data within SAP S/4HANA, other ERP systems and data warehouses.

This role will serve as the business owner for Master Data governance, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and external implementation partners. The position will support SAP S/4HANA deployment and ongoing operations by driving data standards, governance policies, quality controls, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate combines master data expertise, strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Inventory related process, Finance processes, and proven experience operating in a global, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Governance

• Develop and maintain global governance policies and standards operating procedures for Master Data.
• Establish ownership, stewardship, approval workflows, and accountability for master data processes.
• Define and enforce data standards to ensure consistency across legal entities, business units, and regions, and ERP and data warehouse systems.
• Lead governance forums and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and drive standardization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

SAP S/4HANA Master Data Management

• Own Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data processes within SAP S/4HANA, including Business Partner governance and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business and IT teams to define master data requirements and process improvements.
• Ensure master data structures support financial reporting, procurement operations, customer service, and compliance requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives related to Customer and Vendor Master Data.
• Manage master data creation, modification, extension, blocking, and archival processes.

Data Quality & Operational Excellence

• Develop and monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead data cleansing, duplicate management, and standardization initiatives.
• Establish validation rules and preventative controls to improve data accuracy and reduce operational risk.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service levels, and data integrity.

Data Migration & Transformation

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation through master data migration activities.
• Lead data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
• Participate in testing activities including functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover readiness.

Stakeholder Support & Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data governance.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Shared Services teams to improve data management practices.

Skills Overview:

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Business Partner architecture and Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory and Finance business processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, or Data Governance certifications are a plus.
• Experience with other ERP environments including Business Central, IFS and JDE a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Shared Services, Procurement Operations, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Experience managing Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data within a global organization.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within strong controlled environments and established governance frameworks.
