Do you enjoy turning complex product data into accurate, reliable information that keeps the business moving?
If so, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
Palermo’s is a family-owned company with a passion for great pizza and great people. As our Master Data Manager, you’ll work across the organization with teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
You’ll report to the Director of Master Data and lead our Senior Master Data Analyst while helping ensure the product information that drives our business is accurate, complete, and ready when our teams and customers need it.
This role is based at Palermo’s Canal Street location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You’ll work closely with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
You understand that master data isn't simply about getting fields populated correctly. Accurate product data affects manufacturing, customers, supply chain, regulatory requirements, commercialization, financial processes, and countless decisions throughout the business.
You combine strong analytical skills and attention to detail with business judgment, curiosity, and the ability to work across functions. You solve the problem behind the problem and create processes that prevent the same issue from happening again.
Experience with Oracle, GDSN/product data syndication, Power Apps, Power BI, commercialization, or formal data-governance practices is a plus.
Product information is accurate, timely, and trusted. Commercialization teams have the data they need when they need it. Customer information is syndicated correctly. Recurring data issues are solved at the source rather than repeatedly corrected downstream. The Senior Master Data Analyst continues to grow in capability and ownership, and business partners see Master Data as a knowledgeable, responsive partner that makes it easier to get work done.
