Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. The position is remote in the US; candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

As part of the Global BI & Advanced Analytics Center of Excellence, the MDM Manager will play a critical role in driving data governance, data quality, and master data management (MDM) initiatives. This position ensures the integrity, consistency, and accessibility of key business data, establishing a single source of truth for critical data domains, including customer, product, and supplier data.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop & Implement MDM Strategy – Support the creation and execution of a scalable MDM framework, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
  2. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with business leaders, IT, and data stewards to secure buy-in, resolve critical data issues, and improve data accessibility and reliability.
  3. Optimize MDM Tools & Platforms – Manage and enhance MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, Reltio, Collibra) to improve data quality, governance, and integration.
  4. Monitor & Improve Data Quality – Continuously track and report on data integrity, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  5. Train & Support Teams – Educate teams on MDM best practices, governance principles, and data stewardship, fostering a culture of data excellence and accountability.
  6. Lead Data Integration Initiatives – Oversee ETL processes and integration with relational databases (SQL, Informatica, SSIS, Talend) to streamline data workflows.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 5-7 years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing MDM, data governance frameworks, and data roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Reltio).
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, relational databases, and SQL.
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional data initiatives.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices.
Preferred:
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience in change management related to data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MDM integration.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
