The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Management Manager for our Remote Deposit Capture group, within Bank Digital. The role involves formulating product and sales strategy recommendations based on analysis of profitability, competitiveness, and sales performance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include analyzing data to make strategic decisions, defining business questions, and supporting the maintenance or development of new products with channel partners.

We offer a flexible work environment requiring in-office presence 4 days per week. The preferred location is Colorado Springs, CO, but other locations include San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What You'll Do

  • Gather analytics, competitive intelligence, and member data to support product strategy formulation.
  • Develop product strategy recommendations.
  • Launch new products or sales strategies, including evaluation and decision-making regarding buy/build or partnership options.
  • Serve as product SME on features and collaborate with business partners.
  • Partner with sales teams to educate on products and services, including new and enhanced features.
  • Identify and evaluate potential providers for alliance relationships.
  • Develop, edit, and distribute product communications.
  • Research external market trends, financials, and transaction data for assigned products.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Interpret performance data to inform forecasts and planning.
  • Manage risks associated with business activities in accordance with policies.

What You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Sales/Service, or Financial Services.
  • 2+ years in product or strategic management.
  • 1+ year of Data Visualization experience.
  • Experience creating product briefings and conducting market research.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements, including FFIEC, NACHA, Zelle, Reg CC, Reg E, Reg DD.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in digital product development: road mapping, requirements, testing, deployment.
  • Experience with Remote Deposit Capture at a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of consumer payments, ACH payments, and related regulations.
  • Understanding of risks and controls in payment execution.
  • US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner status.

Compensation range: $114,080 - $218,030.

USAA assesses market data to set competitive salary ranges. Actual salary varies by experience and location. Employees may be eligible for incentives based on performance.
