Job summary

iCapital seeks a Master Data Management Analyst to support data governance and enhance customer experience through accurate data across critical systems.

You will collaborate across functions to maintain data in the Global Data Master, monitor quality, and implement cleansing and business rules with stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or a related role.
Degree in finance, data management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a master data management role is a plus.
Able to manage workload independently within a predetermined timeline and communicate quickly when an extension may be required.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to drive completion.
Critical attention to detail when reviewing and validating data.
Experience with SQL is a plus.
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

iCapital is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to support the growing needs around data management as well as expanding initiatives to enhance the customer experience of data systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the data governance program, including ensuring teams are completing data requirements and maintaining data accuracy across critical systems.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
