Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team, owning the ecosystem on the platform for large clients. You will manage and grow relationships with issuing partners, coordinate cross‑functional projects with Product and Engineering, and develop insights from data to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in trading or relationship management in structured investments or financial markets, plus Series 7 and 63 within 90 days.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry.
  • Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact — coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check‑ins, and events, and responding to partner questions and requests.
  • Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
  • Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them while balancing competing partner priorities.
  • Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform decisions.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm — including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance — to deliver a robust, well‑supported platform solution and drive process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team. This role will support the Structured Investments team, within the firm’s technology platform, by owning, developing, and maintaining the structured investments eco‑system on the platform for clients. The team develops and manages the technology platform experience with many of iCapital’s largest clients, including investment banks, broker‑dealers, private banks, and RIAs throughout the United States. This individual will help manage and grow relationships with our issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact and assisting in developing and executing the firm’s strategy and solutions in the structured investments market.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
