Leprino Foods, a global leader in dairy products, seeks a Master Data Manager in Denver to lead a team responsible for the accuracy, governance, and consistency of critical data across the organization. You will guide master data processes in customer, vendor, material, specifications, and production domains, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen data quality and support ERP and digital initiatives.

The role involves driving data stewardship, implementing improvements, and leading readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in master data management, ERP, or data management.
• Experience managing enterprise master data domains within SAP.
• 1+ year of people leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of master data professionals and provide coaching.
• Govern master data across customer, vendor, material, specifications, quality, and production domains.
• Provide SAP master data and system expertise to influence data-related decisions.
• Create repeatable processes for data issue resolution and quality maintenance across applications.
• Partner with process owners and IT to embed data stewardship in business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve master data processes via automation and AI.
• Lead readiness efforts for ERP and digital transformations.
• Develop improvements to strengthen data quality and simplify SAP-integrated processes.
• Establish measures for service levels, data accuracy, and team performance.
