Job summary

BETA Technologies seeks a Master Data Implementation Specialist to support production planning and aerospace manufacturing. You will define product data, manage GD&T, and coordinate changes within PLM and ERP systems to enable efficient production.

Responsibilities include reviewing designs, interpreting drawings, and aiding in BOM and change documentation to improve manufacturability and capacity planning. This role blends data integrity with hands-on manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment and a degree in an engineering discipline or commensurate experience in manufacturing
  • General understanding of PLM systems such as Smarteam, 3DX, Siemens and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor as well as an operational knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5
  • Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis principles and their application to engineering change review
  • Ability to interpret and extract detailed information from engineering drawings, including tolerances, notes, revision history, and BOM references
  • Understanding of manufacturing capacity planning and machine shop operations, including machining processes, lead times, and resource constraints
  • Experience analyzing 3D scan and CMM measurement data to assess dimensional conformance and support engineering change decisions

BETA Technologies is seeking a Master Data and GD&T analyst to help define the future of flight. You will work with a highly motivated, cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production. By bringing innovation to change implementation, you will be a critical part of BETA realizing its aggressive manufacturing goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry. This means stepping in and providing an immediate positive impact to BETA in our march to full production.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

Minimum Qualifications:

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. Compensation

$95,000 - $115,000 USD
