Responsibilities

• Lead MDM and data governance architecture development across platforms.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Design governance policies, metadata, and semantic layers.
• Define data ingestion, lineage, and dissemination patterns.
• Evaluate tools (Collibra, Alation, Snowflake, Databricks) for fit.
• Develop reusable components and reference models.
• Advise leadership on technical trade-offs and priorities.
• Oversee implementation with engineering teams.
• Establish standards for metadata, lineage, automation, and AI controls.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable architecture.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in TOGAF or cloud platforms desirable.
