Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Findlay, Ohio seeks a Master Data Business Analyst to steward commercial master data and governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and standardized processes across systems.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, Accounting, Supply & Distribution, Product Quality, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to enable reliable decision-making and regulatory compliance, leading data standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with data governance and master data management beneficial.
• Familiarity with NPR/NBR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create and maintain master data (Users, Products, Locations, Transactions).
• Create and maintain cross-references between systems (MDG, SAP, SalesForce, Kittyhawk, RFF, MPR).
• Maintain and audit reference data per governance procedures.
• Provide day-to-day system support for business unit systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Train end-users on process enhancements and communicate business needs clearly.
