Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ServiceNow requests in a timely, efficient manner.
• Create and maintain master data including User Access, Products, Locations, Transactions.
• Maintain and audit reference data in accordance with data governance procedures.
• Provide day-to-day system support for business unit systems and train end-users on process enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
