Machine Learning/LLMOps/MLOps Operations with a robust background in Machine Learning (ML).

In this pivotal role, you will support our Machine Translation (MT) and Large Language Model (LLM) programs by building and fine-tuning models, performing evaluations, and driving technical programs while writing code to enhance translation quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Your technical expertise and commitment to quality will guide research into the most promising MT and LLM models, ensuring they meet the needs of both internal and external clients.

Working closely with the Localization (L10n) team, cross-functional teams within the client organization, vendors, and MLOps/LLMOps specialists, as well as external clients, you will lead the development of in-house Machine Translation and LLM models.

These models aim to transform global support for teams, aligning with our commitment to localization excellence and international communication.

What You'll Do

• ML Development and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive MT and LLM programs supporting internal operations and external clients, facilitating effective global communication and localization strategies.
• Model Selection and Evaluation: Collaborate with the Localization Technology (LocTech) team and ML/LLM/AI engineers to select, evaluate, analyze, train, and deploy effective MT and LLM models, customizing them for clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders relying on MT and LLM for translations. Work with the quality team to define quality frameworks and thresholds, aiming to improve translation impact.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Engage with localization team members and external partners to lead discussions on tools and initiatives. Gather requirements, write product requirements documents (PRDs), and oversee their implementation to enhance localization efforts.
