Job description

Ace Handyman Services San Antonio is a reputable provider of high-quality handyman services, committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking 3 Master Craftsmen to join our dedicated team and uphold our standard of excellence in San Antonio, Texas.

Position: Master Craftsman (3 Positions)
Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate expertise and proficiency across a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
2. Lead and mentor a team of apprentices and handymen, providing guidance to ensure seamless project execution and skill development.
3. Collaborate closely with the Office Manager to review incoming customer leads and receive comprehensive job information for efficient planning.
4. Utilize your personal truck and tools to deliver top-notch service and workmanship, meeting our customers' needs with precision.
5. Uphold our company's commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring every project is completed to our high standards.
6. Exemplify professionalism, reliability, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions with clients and team members.
7. Utilize your exceptional craftsmanship without the added pressure of running your own business.
8. Embrace a flexible schedule, working approximately 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to strike a balance between work and personal life.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record as a Master Craftsman in your specialized field, showcasing expertise and experience at the top of your profession.
2. Possess a valid driver's license, reliable insured truck, and a comprehensive set of tools to effectively carry out tasks.
3. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, ensuring compliance with company standards.
4. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and support apprentices and handymen in their professional growth.
5. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
6. Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
