What you'll be doing:

1. Maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas such as pools, laundry facilities, clubhouses, and parking lots.
2. Responding to and completing work orders promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
3. Coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize daily tasks.
4. Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
5. Identifying safety issues, hazards, or maintenance needs and addressing or reporting them.
6. Using software to track work and performance.
7. Handling various tasks in a dynamic environment as part of a team.

What You Must Have:

1. At least 1 year of groundskeeping experience.
2. Own hand tools.
3. Residency within 30 minutes of the community.
4. Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Dependable transportation.
6. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

What's Nice To Have:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
