Job summary

Ace Handyman Services is hiring a Master Craftsman in Eldersburg, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers $30–$35 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends.

You will perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and basic plumbing/electrical work on residential jobs and lead small crews when needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of handyman experience, strong multi-trade knowledge, and the ability to diagnose and solve problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman experience and multi-trade knowledge.
• Proficiency in drywall, painting, tile, flooring, basic plumbing and basic electrical work.
• Project management or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Own tools appropriate for handyman projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile installation and general home maintenance.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Lead and coordinate small crews when needed.
• Estimate small to medium remodeling projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication with homeowners.

What You’ll Do

Complete a wide range of residential handyman repairs and improvements

Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and general home maintenance

Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Estimate small to medium remodeling projects

Lead and coordinate small crews when needed

Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions

What We’re Looking For
