Ace Handyman Services – Hot Springs, AR is hiring a Master Craftsman to lead a variety of residential repair and remodeling projects. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

As a Lead Craftsman, you will oversee small jobs, coordinate crews when needed, and ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction across projects in Hot Springs, AR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional handyman or skilled trades experience.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, painting, tile, basic plumbing, basic electrical, flooring.
• Project management or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Own tools appropriate for a variety of handyman projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of residential handyman repairs and improvements.
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and general home maintenance.
