Who Are We Looking For?

• Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Mathematical skills are essential for this detail-oriented position.
• High competency in reading and applying fabrication specifications and welding nuances (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW experience preferred).

ADA Requirements: Positions in this role typically require typing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

• Concentrated mental and visual attention is required. The work involves performing complex tasks with very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
• The work is generally performed under comfortable conditions; any disagreeable elements are typically absent during normal work.
• Compliance with company attendance standards is required.
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, including the human body.
