Join Our Team as a Skilled MIG Welder!

Location: Saint Joseph, MO

Pay: $20.27/hour

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Day Shift

Are you proud of your welding skills and ready to bring your precision and craftsmanship to a company that values quality? We’re looking for a MIG Welder who knows their way around GMAW welding, blueprint reading, and takes safety seriously.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding using GMAW and AWS 1-G techniques
• Use grinders, tape measures, and other tools to ensure quality work
• Stand, lift, and bend as needed during your shift
• Work closely with the team to maintain high standards and safety
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience (a weld test will be part of the hiring process)
• Ability to read blueprints is a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Safety-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED
