Job summary
LotusWorks is seeking an experienced Master Chiller Mechanic to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale chilled water and refrigeration systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will ensure reliability and energy efficiency across cooling infrastructure and associated mechanical systems in a mission-critical setting.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience operating and maintaining industrial chillers, refrigeration, or mission‑critical cooling systems.
- Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems.
- Experience in semiconductor, high‑tech manufacturing facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers.
- Monitor chilled water, condenser water, glycol, and heat recovery systems.
- Review pressures, temperatures, flows, and efficiency.
- Monitor SCADA/BMS trends, alarms, and performance.
- Adjust operating parameters to optimize energy efficiency.
- Coordinate chiller staging, sequencing, and load balancing.
- Support seasonal startup/shutdown activities.
