The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, a passion for quality, and the ability to engage productively with homeowners and vendors on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of construction experience, residential remodeling preferred.
• Lead Safe Renovator certification preferred or ability to acquire it.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license is desired with excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Build carpentry projects per plan from demolition to trim work.
• Coordinate with Expediters and Project Managers on progress.
• Prepare project for work provided by subcontractors.
• Maintain professional image and ensure job-site safety.
