Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• Strong general and finish carpentry skills.
• Experience reading plans and working from drawings.
• Ability to guide or mentor other carpenters.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential carpentry and remodeling work.
• Lead framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and related work.
• Read and work from construction plans, drawings, and specs.
• Organize and direct day-to-day jobsite activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Keep the project moving and plan sequence of work.
• Mentor less experienced carpenters and uphold safety.
• Communicate with homeowners and trade partners professionally.
