• Deliver specialized treatments such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction..
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations..
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking..
• Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations..
• Upsell retail products and add-on services confidently to maximize client experience and salon revenue..
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, industry insights, and fostering a collaborative environment..

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law..
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques..
• Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management..
• Expertise in hair care treatments including extensions, coloring theory, and sanitation protocols..
• Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction..
• Ability to perform precise haircutting using scissors, clippers, straight razors, and other tools..
• Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling of products like hair care items and cosmetics..
